Josh Felber is the driving force behind FLBR Motorsport, the family-led program supporting Roman Felber’s rise through open-wheel racing and into the 2026 Formula 4 Championship. From the moment Roman said, “I want to race,” Josh went all in by building a full-scale racing operation from the ground up. He handles scheduling, coaching, partnerships, logistics, and strategy.
With a background as a 5x Inc. 5000 entrepreneur and 2x Emmy-winning filmmaker, Josh brings structure, discipline, and media savvy to FLBR.

Coach Enzo Mucci
Most racing programs treat the mental side of competition as an afterthought. Mindset and Performance Coach Enzo Mucci makes sure that never happens with Roman. Roman doesn’t just train his body and car craft — he trains how he processes pressure, responds after a difficult session, and maintains his standard from the first lap of testing to the last lap of a race.
Enzo’s approach is built around what he calls a working mindset: consistent, process-driven, and grounded in the day-to-day habits that separate drivers who develop from those who plateau. That means staying sharp in the debrief, staying coachable when the data is hard to hear, and bringing the same focus whether the cameras are on or not.
Roman has already shown what that mindset looks like under pressure. After mechanical setbacks in the 2025 Ligier Junior Formula Championship, he came back with five podiums, a win, and two pole positions. That kind of recovery doesn’t happen by accident. In Formula 4, where the gap between drivers comes down to hundredths of a second, mental preparation isn’t optional. Roman treats it that way.
Fortec Motorsport
A Top-Tier Junior Formula Team Founded in 1989, Fortec is one of Europe’s most respected junior teams, boasting wins and titles across Formula Renault, F3, and British F4.
Fortec’s alumni list reads like a who’s who of modern F1 drivers:
